🚚 Shipping Lead Time
Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days, starting from the next business day after payment confirmation (Japan time).
🎫 Pre-orders and Regular Items
If your order includes both pre-order items and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together after the release date of the pre-order item.
*If you order both pre-order items and regular items at the same time, a warning will appear before checkout. Please be sure to check it.

✅ Our business days are Monday to Friday (Japan Time).
*Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays due to courier service limitations.

🚛 Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time
- FedEx / DHL: estimated 2–5 business days in transit after shipment
- EMS (Japan Post): estimated 2–5 business days in transit after shipment
✅ All shipments include a tracking number.
📦 Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the shipment is considered successfully delivered.
🧾 About Customs Duty
For most regions, import duties, taxes, and charges (including VAT & GST) are collected at checkout.
Please note that Australia is shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
