Order Cancellation

All customers (not limited to first-time buyers) may request a cancellation within 3 hours of placing the order (Japan Time).

After 3 hours or once the item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Difference Between Cancellation and Return

Cancellations are not accepted after shipping. However, if you would like to return the item after receiving it, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Customs Refusal

We do not accept cancellations or issue refunds for orders refused at customs due to unpaid import duties or taxes. Thank you for your understanding.

Fraudulent or Abusive Cancellations

If we detect repeated or intentionally abusive cancellations (e.g., repeated order/cancel cycles, suspected misuse of payment systems), future purchases may be restricted or denied.

Price Changes After Purchase

We do not accept cancellations due to price changes after the order has been placed, including changes resulting from promotions, currency fluctuations, or other market conditions.

Refund Processing Time

If your order is cancelled within the eligible timeframe, your refund will be processed within 1–10 business days.

Please note that for credit card payments, the refunded amount will appear as a cancellation or credit on your card statement, rather than as a direct cash refund. The exact timing depends on your credit card company's schedule.
